2. Buyer
The BUYER is the natural or legal person who places an order as a member of the awi platform. The buyer's name, e-mail address and order details are taken from the account and the order; an order summary is e-mailed to the buyer.
3. Subject
This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and performance of the following digital services ordered electronically on https://awi.domains or in the awi mobile app:
- awi Jeton packages: a digital service credit used for services on the Platform. Jeton is not money, e-money or a crypto asset; it cannot be cashed out or sold to others.
- .awi domain, personal extension (TLD) and sub-domain registrations (yearly).
- awi.ai subscriptions (monthly): access to AI tools, chat and the site builder.
- Use of the site builder and AI tools.
- Certificate programme application and certification service.
- awi Ads: managed search-engine advertising campaign service.
4. Price and Payment
The service name, quantity, total price and payment method are shown on the payment page before the order is confirmed. For buyers in Türkiye prices are shown in Turkish lira including taxes. For services priced in US dollars, the lira amount is calculated at the exchange rate at the time of payment and the buyer confirms the payment on that amount.
Payment is made with the methods offered on the payment page: debit or credit card, awi Jeton balance, USDT/USDC on the Polygon network, or (for awi Jeton packages only) a bank transfer to the SELLER's Kuveyt Türk account. For a bank transfer, the order code is written in the description; once the receipt is uploaded the payment is checked and, when approved, the Jeton is added to the account. Card payments are taken on the bank's secure payment infrastructure with 3D Secure; card details are never seen or stored by the SELLER.
Invoice: An e-Archive invoice or e-Invoice is issued for every sale, at the time of sale or within 7 days at the latest, and sent to your e-mail address. The invoice is issued using the buyer's account and order details.
5. Delivery and Performance
Services are performed electronically; there is no physical delivery. Once the payment is approved, Jeton is added to the balance, the domain/extension is registered and the subscription starts. Details are on the Delivery Terms page.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed instantly in electronic form or intangible goods delivered instantly. By confirming the order, the buyer accepts that the service is performed immediately upon payment approval and that there is therefore no right of withdrawal.
Other cases and refund conditions are described on the Cancellation and Refund Policy page.
7. Obligations
- The SELLER provides the ordered service completely and as described on the payment page.
- The SELLER refunds orders that cannot be performed for technical reasons.
- The buyer keeps account credentials confidential and uses the services in line with the Terms of Use.
- If a card is used without authorisation, the cardholder may dispute the charge with their bank; the SELLER then cancels the related order.
8. Disputes
Consumer Arbitration Committees, within the monetary limits set yearly by the Ministry of Trade, and Consumer Courts above those limits, are competent for disputes. Requests and complaints can be sent to support@awi.domains.
9. Effect
By confirming the order on the payment page, the buyer declares having read and accepted the Pre-Information Form and this agreement. The agreement takes effect when the order is confirmed and is stored electronically by the SELLER.
