2. Main Features of the Service

The services offered are digital and performed electronically:

awi Jeton packages: a digital service credit used for services on the Platform. Jeton is not money, e-money or a crypto asset; it cannot be cashed out or sold to others.
.awi domain, personal extension (TLD) and sub-domain registrations (yearly).
awi.ai subscriptions (monthly): access to AI tools, chat and the site builder.
Use of the site builder and AI tools.
Certificate programme application and certification service.
awi Ads: managed search-engine advertising campaign service.

3. Total Price

The total price including taxes and any additional costs is shown on the payment page before the order is confirmed. There is no shipping or delivery fee.

4. Payment and Delivery

Payment is made by debit/credit card (3D Secure), awi Jeton, USDT/USDC on the Polygon network or, for awi Jeton packages, by bank transfer. The service is performed electronically once the payment is approved; for bank transfers, approval follows the check of the receipt.

An e-Archive invoice or e-Invoice is issued for every sale, at the time of sale or within 7 days at the latest, and sent to your e-mail address.

5. Right of Withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal for services performed instantly in electronic form or intangible goods delivered instantly (Distance Contracts Regulation, Art. 15(1)(ğ)). Refunds for technical errors, duplicate payments and orders that could not be performed are reserved; see the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
